We know most folks call them guard shacks. It is a little uncomfortable for us to use that term when we devote so much effort into making them attractive, functional, and comfortable for the employee who spends 8 hours a day there. Because we pride ourselves on high quality affordability within these structures we also provide the best guard house prices available. Bottom line, we prefer to call these buildings guard houses because of how much care is put into the construction.

However, we’re also realistic enough to recognize that when it is put to use, it’s probably going to be called “the guard shack”. So, whatever you wish to call it, whether guard booths, guard shacks, guard house or security booths, we want you to feel comfortable calling on us for your building needs. The features vary depending on the size of the guard house you need. At a minimum, they will include a 100 amp electric panel with main, a 4’ fluorescent light fixture, a phone jack and a duplex receptacle. Most include more features, including a 20” deep laminated counter. Regardless, you will find the guard house prices below reflect a well-equipped structure. They are shipped fully assembled, ready to connect electrical wiring, a phone line and you can be ready for security duty.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:

If our standard floor plan does not meet your needs, we don’t frown on custom layouts. Do you need lots of duplex receptacles for charging radios? No problem. We can install as many as you need. Do you need more counter space or perhaps exterior floodlights on each corner? No problem. Do you need a steel floor? We can do that too.

We do not charge extra to work with your custom guard house designs. Let us know what you need. We will do our best to meet your design requirements. If you need a portable building for a warehouse or plant office, we can custom design an office for you. Most likely, our price will be less than a stick built construction project and usually in less time as well. Plus, it is built to be portable. If the location needs to be changed at a later date, it can easily be moved.

COLOR CHOICES:

You have 14 different colors for your siding and trim. We stock all the standard colors, and the prices on our guard house price list include all standard color combinations at no extra charge. The finish is baked on enamel for long lasting good looks. Our siding is flat type aluminum and it is applied over an OSB exterior wall sheathing for strength and resistance to dents.
