• We have wall mounted straight cool units from 7,000 BTU 110 Volt to 18,000 BTU 220 Volt
• Wall mounted heat and cool units from 8,000 BTU 110 Volt to 18,000 BTU 220 Volt
• We also offer wall heaters with fan forced heat and thermostats as well as 48" electric baseboard heaters

• Security booth with Toilets or restrooms are available with large enough space to accommodate
• Guard houses with toilets are usually custom designed

• Shipping will be arranged by G.B.P., Inc. from Douglasville, GA 30134
• Guardhouse will be offloaded from truck/trailer by forklift and operator, to be provided by purchaser

• 30 year warranty against rust through on the siding
• 25 year warranty on the floor

• Deposit 30% and balance paid upon loading
